We are the official representative in Lithuania of the leading international company DATAR CANCER GENETICS in the field of oncology, operating in Germany, UK, the USA, and India. We are the first in the country to offer individualized, comprehensive, and reliable tests from a blood sample (liquid biopsy), which allow to determine the circulating tumor cells in the body and the genetic and other specific characteristics of a solid tumor.
The blood needed for the test is taken in Vilnius, Lithuania, „Thrucheck“office, Rezus.lt Clinic, Švirtrigailos str. 11B and all liquid biopsy tests are performed in the certified DATAR CANCER GENETICS laboratory located in the United Kingdom near London.
What tests can be performed?
Trucheck™ test
It is an early cancer screening test for individuals who have not previously been diagnosed with any oncological disease and do not show any symptoms typical for oncological disease.
Today we can offer two types of Trucheck™ tests – Trucheck™ intelli and Trucheck™ FemmeSafe.
- Trucheck™ intelli – can distinguish up to 70 types of solid tumours which account for ~81 % of all cancer cases and ~84 % of all cancer-related deaths in Europe. enables the detection of circulating tumor cells in more than 70 types of solid tumors.
- Trucheck™ FemmeSafe – Designed and developed specifically for women, it provides early detection of breast, ovarian, uterine, and cervical cancer.
Exacta
Exacta is a comprehensive tumor test for people who have been diagnosed with cancer and prescribed treatment is not effective. Exacata analyses molecular-genetic, immunocytochemical, chemical sensitivity, toxicity and many other characteristics of tumor tissue and circulating tumor cells. The test determines which therapeutical drugs (chemotherapy, target/biological therapy, immunotherapy, hormone therapy) should be used for individualized therapy with the most optimal effect for the patient.

Liquid biopsy cancer tests
For healthy individuals. Early screening for those who want to evaluate the risk of oncological disease (solid tumors)
For oncological patients. A comprehensive study of tumor and circulating tumor cells in patients for whom current treatment is ineffective.
For patients in remission. The test allows us to predict cancer relapses or changes in tumor characteristics at an early stage.
How is blood collection procedure performed?
The specificity of the tests (when circulating tumor cells are detected) reaches 100%.
Test sensitivity (probability that the test will be positive when the patient has a pathology) – 80-90 percent.
Accuracy of tests (probability that the test will correctly confirm the presence or absence of pathology).
Tests are safe, performed quickly, without pain, and do not require specific preliminary preparation*.
* When performing a Trucheck™, Exacta or Cancertack test, the fasting of 6-8 hours is recommended before blood collection procedure but must drink water.
At least 72 hours before blood collection for the Exacta test chemotherapy (and other oncology treatment), surgical procedures, radiotherapy, PET/CT/MRI procedures, blood transfusion should not be performed.
How is blood collection procedure performed?

After ordering and payment of the test is done, a date and time for venous blood collection is scheduled.
2.
The blood sample (30-40ml, depending on the test being performed) is taken in the “Trucheck™” office, located in the “Rezus.lt” Clinic, Švitrigailos st. 11B, Vilnius.
3.
Within 24 – 48 hours the blood sample is delivered to a certified DATAR CANCER GENETICS laboratory located in the United Kingdom.
4.
It takes 10 – 20 working days from the examination to the result (depending on the test).
5.
If necessary, a specialist, a doctor of biomedical sciences, can comment on the obtained research results. Remote consultation is paid. Advance registration is required.
6.
For the application of individualized treatment based on the obtained test results, you must contact your treating doctor.
